TOS
USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accepted my TOS.
All commissions are digital goods, meaning I will never ship out anything physical to you. The digital goods will be sent to you via a download link or through Email
PAYMENT
All payments are made via paypal invoices. Do not send money without getting an invoice from me first.
All payments must be made prior to me starting work. Either 50% or 100% upfront unless we agreed upon a payment plan.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for commissions higher than 1000 USD.
CHARGRBACKS & REFUNDS
I do not allow any chargebacks under any circumstances. I will refund the money to the client if I have not started working on the commission yet, or if I can not deliver the finished product for whatever reason.
COPYRIGHT AND CREDITINGREVISIONS
I will fix and revise for free as long as the client's requests are feasable and were made in a timely manner. The usual revision/fixing period occurs after I sent out the model to the client for testing. If the client finds anything to be revised months after completing the project, I may charge a revision fee.
